Stacy is a business builder, global educator, executive leader, and Illinois entrepreneur who has spent more than 30 years leading organizations, managing budgets, developing strategy, and building teams across the public, private, and nonprofit sectors.

Stacy is the Founder and CEO of Hempstock Pharms, a registered Illinois hemp farm, formulation center, and retail wellness company headquartered in Woodstock, Illinois.  

Stacy manages a team of 7 talented, mission focused staff and she is actively mentoring the next generation of leadership within her company.

Before launching Hempstock, Stacy served nearly two decades in higher education as both a tenured business professor and guest lecturer. 

Stacy has facilitated adult learning in China, Taiwan, Singapore, Tanzania, Ghana, India, Germany, Ukraine, and across the United States.

  • Master’s in Organization Development from Minnesota's University of St. Thomas
  • Bachelor's in Business Administration from Ohio's Cedarville University
  • Coursework completed at Chicago Theological Seminary, Beijing Foreign Languages Normal College, and East China Normal University.

  • Design and implementation of global diversity and cross-cultural communication programs
  • Stacy is conversationally 'adequate' in Mandarin Chinese and has worked across four continents.

Stacy believes leadership requires discipline, dialogue, and results — not ego, not party loyalty, and not career preservation.
